SassieDoll: Make-up Trend: Berry Lips

This season it's all about colored lips.
The key color for Winter 2013 is set to be all shades of berry. This was evident on the catwalks from designers such as Lanvin, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton and Fendi. Luckily there are a lot of berry shades out there so there is definitely something for everyone. Burgundy, berry, plum, crimson, you name it.

This make up trend can also be tailored in so many different ways to achieve different looks such as an Ombre lip which can be achieved by using a brighter shade on the inner lip and shading it out with a darker tone on the edge before finishing it off with a dark lip liner. Also, how you style your hair with this lip trend can really change it up weather you choose to go for a slicked back ponytail, vampy curls or straight and sleek.

There are various brands providing numerous shades of affordable lipsticks however when it comes to lippy my personal fave has to be MAC. The lipsticks from MAC are so durable, long lasting, heavy coverage and always look amazing!!!
